This historic and newly renovated studio provides a great experience in Lakeview's downtown district. It's located in one of the only buildings to survive the fire of 1916. Over the years lower part of the building used to be the town liquor store, hence the name Speakeasy studio.
Its located down the alley on side of the building. A perfect retreat while being in the center of it all. Quick access to the park, community pool, bar, coffee shop, flower shop, bike shop, eateries and more.

- Turn left/east onto A Street (next street north of Main).
- After one block, you’ll arrive at N 1st Street.
- Turn right (south) onto N 1st, and the address—411 N 1st St—will be on your right, just before the next intersection.
- The building is labeled "The Conroy". The Speakeasy Studio is down the alley to the right as your facing the brick building.
